S&® has introduced Brand Healthcheck - a diagnostic exercise which helps determine the true health of a brand, and evaluates its fitness to perform in the marketplace. It's an exercise S&® undertakes with all new clients to gain an immediate and comprehensive understanding of their business and of their brand positioning.
Specifically, the S&® Brand Healthcheck includes a SWOT analysis, notes of competitor activity, and much more by asking the right questions of the brand owner before S&® goes on to establish communication objectives and recommend future direction for the brand.
